We’re thrilled to highlight our recent project at Redland Hospital, where we took on the challenge of refurbishing Theatre Clean-up Rooms to ensure compliance with the latest standards and requirements.

At Ben’s Plumbing and Gas, we thrive on overcoming obstacles, and this project presented a unique one – completing the job entirely after hours. Working during unconventional times posed logistical challenges, particularly ensuring all necessary materials were readily available when suppliers weren’t open. Despite these hurdles, our dedicated team persevered, ensuring surgeries could proceed uninterrupted during the day.

The scope of work involved repurposing two existing Theatre Clean-up Rooms into designated clean and dirty storage areas, in line with AS 4187 & 1668.2 standards and requirements (CIR). Our team’s meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensured the successful execution of this critical project.
